Contents of the Self-Service Administration Screen

The Self-Service Administration screen contains three tabs, Employee, Manager, and HRBP. Core HR Administrators use these tabs to configure which parts of the Total Talent Profile a manager, employee, or Human Resources Business Partner can edit. Additionally, Core HR administrators can configure the notification or approval path process that accompanies any edits made to a profile.

Field Description
Employee Tab On the Employee tab, Core HR Administrators disable or enable which sections an employee can edit on their own Total Talent Profile. The Core HR Administrator can also define what approvals and notifications are required, if changes are made.
Manager Tab On the Manager tab, Core HR Administrators disable or enable the sections of a direct or indirect report's profile that a manager can edit. The Core HR Administrator can also define what approvals and notifications are required, if changes are made by a manager.
HRBP Tab On the HRBP tab, Core HR Administrators disable or enable the sections of an employee's profile that an HRBP can edit, for any employee associated with the HRBP. The Core HR Administrator can also define what approvals and notifications are required, if changes are made by the HRBP.
